Larnaca Golf and Country Club

A consortium of Cypriot developers called the MED Group is expecting to receive the green light a 300 million Euro golf resort development after carrying out over 18 months of environmental studies before proceeding. The resort is set boast a 6,000+ metre championship golf course that will be 10 minutes from Larnaca's fantastic beaches and the International Airport.

The resort has been designed by the European Golf Federation and is set to rank amongst the very finest in the Mediterranean. As the islands' other golf courses are located in the Paphos and Limassol areas, the arrival of this course provides a much demanded alternative to the lengthy drive currently required to reach the other golf courses.

Due to be built in the town of Tersefanou, the Larnaca and Country Club (working title), will comprise of an 18-hole golf course, over 500 residences breaking down to 285 two to four bedroom villas, 211 one, two and three bedroom apartments and 40 'hotel-style' rooms in the complex.
