If you wish to visit Cyprus but your property is not yet completed, using our rentals team, we can arrange accommodation for you in one of our completed developments, located within close proximity of your apartment or villa. This will give you a fantastic to Cyprus as well as having the added benefit of staying in an apartment of the same developer as your own, giving you the chance and test the standard of the build firsthand.

Unlike most rental agents, we only have a minimum of a three night stay so you or your guests wont have to pay for an entire week if you are only staying a few days! All accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival and includes all linen requirements. We also offer a full concierge service which includes: Airport Pickups, Welcome Packs, Car Hire Arrangements, Laundry Services, Day Trips and many more. Once your property is competed, you can use our rental management service to look after everyone that you rent your property to.
