All of our properties come with the highest quality fittings and furnishings. You will choose them at the correct time during the build of your property.

These fittings and furnishings include all floor and wall tiles, kitchen units and worktops, fitted wardrobes and fitted bathrooms. You will make all of your selections with your personal after sales representative, either face to face or via postal samples, whichever is more convienient to you. From there, you have a number of options.

We offer a range of different electrical packages to choose from which range in different qualities and price. We also offer different furniture packages, such as white or silver goods, again ranging in price.

You may choose to visit furnish your property yourself. There are many home furnishing stores in Cyprus such as Ikea (situated in Nicosia) for you to make your new property into a warm and friendly home. Another option is to use our team in Cyprus to furnish your property. They will create a high quality environment that you will feel at home in but will still appeal to the self catering holiday market.
